Our second Transforming Education panel identified key components that need to be included in re-imagining education to meet the needs of society today and in the future.
Our third Transforming Education panel identified the need for schools to create conditions and cultures so kids know they can do great hard things.
Our fourth Transforming Education panel brought out the importance of creating safe spaces with an awareness of the power dynamic in institutions.
Panel five takes the discussion to the next level, redefining the narrative about public education so that we can envision a new path forward for educators and the students, families and communities they serve.
Here is the working statement framing our Transforming Education work:
What does education look like in a diverse, decentralized, global society that is inclusive, equitable and open to all people, where each individual adapts, evolves, and contributes by solving problems and creating new value?
