I am a catalyst for growth. I leverage coaching moves and leadership strategies to build capacity in educators. I anchor student learning experiences in joy, skills, and content to improve student outcomes. My work is done through the lens of a collaborative thought partner, creative problem solver, and idea pollinator. I have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

I look forward to coaching teachers and leaders in designing engaging student learning experiences including implementing computer science in grades K-8 in the upcoming school year.

To keep growing my skills, I am attending the Google Innovator Academy in July, wrapping up the teacher fellowship with the Medal of Honor Heritage Center, and completing a STEM Leadership program with the
University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
